Has it really been that long since ive posted on here?

Well i guess it has.

Whats been happening you ask?

Well, I went over to France with Dad and my Uncle Gary to do some work on his house over there.. some bulding of frames and the such. Was a nice change. His place is out on the outskirts of some small rural town and so its pretty much in the middle of nowhere. Lots of cows though. Even when we'd go into town it was hard to find people. Like there were houses and shops but for some reason a real lack of people about. Perhaps they always stay inside.

Not like here in London, where theres people everwhere..

Im down in London staying at Dave, Chris and Andreas place. I came down cause I had a job interveiw yesterday, (Monday), for some work in the alps. I thought it was the swiss alps but it turns out this company has all of its hotels in france and austria.
Dunno how the interveiw went. It was for position of Commis Chef which is a trainee/aprentice chef position, and as Ive got no real chefing experience they were a bit hesitant. But I told them Im willing to do any type of kitchen work if it means staying on the slopes for a season so perhaps Ill end up washing dishes... Hey, sounds fine to me. They provide you with accomodation, all meals, season lift pass and snowboard hire.. hell.. ill become a dish pig again!

So, my birthday came and went for another year, haven't had a celebration yet. I think Im gonna celebrate with the "massive 4 times awesome birthday extravaganza 2006!!"

-Thats right, we are gonna have a combined party of mine, daves, chris's and tegans (21st!) later this month!!
(tickets selling fast)

Ok until next time,

Bye.

Hi Glenn,
Dad and I are enjoying ourselves in Thailand. Been staying in some primitive accommodation- one night in a treehouse (only a little bit more upmarket than the treehouse you had as a kid)and 2 nights in a rafthouse. Torrential rain at times, like when we were on a trek, but fantastic views.Rafting doen the river was exciting, as was Dad's trip to hospital for some stitches in his leg. Now at Krabi, cooking school tomorrow.
Love Mum & Dad XXOO
Did you ring your grandparents about the letter that came for you- a job rejection.

Dad got some stitches in his leg?
He's doing to much monkeying around i think, he nearly fell through the floor when we were doing that work in france..

My phone was playing up that day, i got the message but it took me a few days to work out it was from dad.

Margaret, you can come and stay in my cubby house in the exotic land of milga road, the cubby comes equipped with a ladder, a door that closes, room to sleep, beautiful views of the beach and avalon, even better views if you sit on the roof (the views are much better than those from my house), it is situated beside a nature reserve, and you will have native visitors every night in the form of possums and bandicoots, and possibly my cat (Muffin).
It won't cost you much, hmmm... What would be a fair price for this exotic cubby house with ocean views...?

Hi Sara,
Can you book us in for the weekend after next, but only if there's running water. (We have standards).
Hi Glenn, Dad was a whiz at cooking school, there'll be a new thai restaurant opening in Av soon.
