The Bill !!
Well yesterday we nearly had a robbery, that is to say we DID have a break and enter, but Andrea and Dave were home to foil the would-be-bandits.I left the house in the morning at around 11am, and then about half an hour after that, Andrea said she heard the door opening and closing.
She came downstairs to see a guy coming through the front door and he said "Oh Sh*t!!" before running out the door, jumping in a car and driving off.
Well Andrea was smart and got the cars number plates, and then rang the police.
Next up, (the best part) we get a visit from THE BILL!
*cue bill theme music*
"da-dah, da-dah, dahh!!"
It was just like being on a real episode, except we saw no chase scenes or people getting arrested. :(
And they came round this morning to fingerprint the door!! But they found nothing.
(I knew or door wouldn't have any fingerprints, as it has no fingers, but they fingerprinted the door anyway.)
Thats all the excitment for now..

Hi Glenn,
I think you've got the music for The Bill wrong, you obviously don't watch it.
Went for a nice walk today- St Ives down to Bobbin Head. It was quite hot and the last bit of the return journey is very steep, so Dad and I are both pooped at the moment (he's had a beer so he'll probably be asleep soon). What have you been up to? Seen much of London by foot yet?

Talked to Joel S the other night- you may hear from him soon.

It goes: "da-da, da-da, DUH!,
bwa bwa-nuh bwi bwah bwah da daddle dah,
darr,
bwa bwa-null-bwa-nip,
bwa bwa-null-bwa-nip,
da-da, DUH!

Hi Glenny!
Hi Glenn,
You won't see Joel in London- he's back here and lifeguarding at Palm Beach, but he might email you.
Glad you caught up with the uni friends- are Yo and Caz also working in London or just holidaying?
How long are staying with Gran and Grandad? Say hello to them for us, and give them our love.
It's cherry season here, they are so delicious, and they last so much longer when you're not here!!
(The mangoes are pretty good too, but I don't think you liked them much). Saw Charles the other day, he's strung England flags between the palm trees near the deli- I think he thinks England will win the Ashes, but they won't.
All for now,
Love, Mum XXOO
Mmm that fruit sounds good!
did you offer them a cup of tea when the police arrived??
Haha..
The next day when a cop came back to fingerprint the door i offered her a tea. But she declined.
