Ahh.. better questions.
OOoo.. ok ill answer these questions then..from my lovely sister:
1) What is the nature of the businesss you are currently working for?
2) What are your roles at your new job?
3) Describe some of the interesting characters you are currently associating with.
4) What do you do in your free time?
5) By which mode of transport do you travel around London?
6) Describe some interesting places you have discovered in London.
7) List everything you eat (or drink)on an average day.
8) Get a white tissue. Wipe it behind your ear. What colour is it now?
[If you answered any colour except white, just say white to keep your mother happy, and get back in the shower.]
1) The current buisness I work for is a restaurant/bar called "zerodegrees". I am working the pizza section in front of a wood fired oven. There is also pasta dishes and mussels on the menu, but i dont dabble in that bit. The restuarant is quite a decent size (well compared to cranzgots) and so quite busier. There are 6 chefs (including me) about 10 or so wait staff and half a dozen bar crew. mostly the staff are polish or italian.
2) roles of my new job include: opening pizza dough, contructing pizzas from ingredients, cooking the pizza in the oven, putting wood on the fire so it doesnt go out, running around getting ingredients from the back kitchen, cooking various ingredients, drinking coke, looking good.
3)Some of the interesting characters im currently associating with: Theres a lovely girl called Jade whom I met whilst in France. She lives up north though and seeing her is quite difficultish. She is a Nanny and listens to cheezy dance music.
Dave is my housemate, you know him from back home, he works in IT and likes reading large 1000 page sci-fi book trilogys. Tegan is aslo my housemate, and happens to be Daves girlfriend. She is currently unemployed and a vegetarian.
4)In my free time I bum around, or sit inside on the internet, as having no money means I cant do a lot of exciting things. Walking down into town is fun, to go check out the library, or hang at maccas or kfc, or go into Argos* and look at the catalouges.
*note: argos is a department store that you have to look in catalouges to choose your stuff, then they go get it from out back, thus they save on floor space
5)Ususally i try to take the bus whilst travelling around, as it only costs a pound, and the underground costs a it more (up to £3 a trip). Although a funny thing did happen the other day when trying to get to work, there was a crash in the tunnel that goes under the thames, and instead of taking me 40 minutes to to get to work it took 3 hours. i was 2 hours late.
6)hmm.. stratford library is cool. So is Morrisons (the supermarket). Last weekend Jade and I went to visit the queen, But she didnt come out to play. I was dissapointed.
7)what do i eat and drink on the average day: 2 weetabix with milk, cup of tea, 2 crumpets with vegemite, a yoghurt. sandwich with ham or chicken roll, tomato, cheese, lettuce and picalilli. If working, pizza, if not, spaghetti bolognase which i make in bulk quantities and microwave when needed, or something similar (curry, chilli etc). Maybe a beer (or 2) but no more. Beer is expensive.
8.Tissue was white. I am washing everyday dont worry.

Thanks Glenn, that was great. And nicely timed for the day after mother's day.
Yes, thanks Glenn, much better, I'm glad you still listen to your sister. Were you playing real golf or was it mini golf- it would be a little difficult in the snow.
Saw Sara at W'wood last week-she gave me a Mother's Day hug because I wouldn't be getting one from you. She's moving closer to the city, says there's hardly any friends left out here.Only 4 more days of work for Dad and then he'll be at home, working through his list of jobs (or not!!)
Maybe you could just answer those same questions from H (or those from Sara)every month,
Lots of love,
Mum XXOO
Hey Glenny! I was pleased to see you wearing the headband I sent you in the photos! Did you use the aussie-flag-sausage-sandwich-holders I send you at your BBQ?
Your mummy is right, I don't have many friends left in Avalon. I see Don occasionally, and sometimes I talk to Tom and Julia, but not much, and I'm really bored and I miss you and Dave. All my uni friends live in random places around Sydney and never go out, no one ever wants to go out for drinks cause they are either studying/working/have no money. I like going out with Louis and his friends, but he lives in the Shire and it takes a good 2 - 2 1/2 hours to get to his place from Av so I don't see much of him either. So, life is quite boring and I've decided to move.
SO... last Saturday I went to look at a place in Drummoyne. I picked Drummoyne cause of the transport to uni and the city. THe place was small, tiny actually, but i have a lock up garage and I'm 1 street from the main road and 1 street from the park and cricket ground and about a 5 minute walk to the bay, so I'm happy. I will be living with a guy called Ryan whom I found on flatmatefinders.com.au. He is about my age, and he's a maths teacher. He had a manly sea eagles doormat. I took that as a very good sign, even though I dont like football. He also has the same sunglasses as me. I think that's a good sign as well. He doesn't appear to be a creepy guy, or a druggie, or weird. I will keep you posted. But if i go missing, then start looking for me at 8/15 Marlborough St, Drummoyne, NSW, 2047 (that address is also a good place to send postbards too, should you so desire).
Hey Glenn, (or Heather!) does your sister play mixed netball for a team called Zanzibar ?
We played them the other night and then wasn't sure if it was her. I don't think it was, but the others thought so. So i'm just confirming!
PS: i just spent 15 minutes getting this stupid stupid Google thing to reset my password, it jus put me in this stupid email loop.
im just venting, and id be swearing, but a broad audience reads your page.
DAMN YOU GOOGLE BLOGGER
Was I good?
No, not me.
Glenn, hurry up and write something else.
